Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the battery

a. Check the battery voltage.
Standard voltage:

Multimeter connection Standard value

Battery positive and negative poles About 24V

Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 2.
NO>charge the battery or replace it.
2. Check the starter and its circuit.

a. Check the starter or starter circuit.

b. Check whether the starter relay is normal.
