Overview

1. Overview DI
a. This manual provides the general instructions for maintenance services. It’s good for ensuring the quality
and efficiency of maintenance to operate as per these instructions. EG

b.Generally speaking, the maintenance operation can be divided into the following main parts:
● Diagnosis. TR

● Replacement (removal & installation) and maintenance.
c. This manual describes “Diagnosis” (refer to Chapter DI Diagnosis) and “Replacement AX
(Removal&Installation), Maintenance”.
d. This manual has no instructions for following important operations required during the actual maintenance: FR
● Use the jack or lifter for operation.

● Clean the removed parts as per the demands. ST
● Visual check.
2. Preparations BR

This manual lists the special tools, recommended tools, equipment and auxiliary materials required by
maintenance services in each section, and please follow the correct operation procedures strictly. BW
3. Maintenance procedures
a. Insert the part drawings for system instructions as per the demands of sections. EL

b. The part drawings shall describe the assembling relationships of parts clearly via exploded drawings, and
list the part name behind each drawing.
