Diagnose- ABS system
(b) Use a multimeter to measure resistance between fuse F21 (5A) and connector pin 7 of ABS
control unit B013.
Resistance: ≤2Ω
Is check result normal?
Yes > Go to step 3.
No > Repair line open between fuse F21 (5A) and connector pin 7 of ABS control unit B013.
3. Checking circuit of fuse F21 (5A)
(a) Use a multimeter to measure resistance to ground of connector pin 7 of ABS
control unit B013.
Resistance: >1MΩ
Is check result normal?
Yes > Replace fuse F21 (5A), and perform a road test.
If the fuse is reblown, replace ABS control unit.
No > Replace fuse F21 (5A) and repair line to ground short between the fuse and connector
pin 7 of ABS control unit B013.
4. Checking circuit of fuse F23 (15A)
04
(a) Disconnect ABS control unit connector.
(b) Use a multimeter to measure resistance between fuse F23 (15A) and connector pin 8 of ABS
control unit B013. Resistance: ≤2Ω
Is check result normal?
Yes > Go to step 5.
No > Repair line open between fuse F23 (15A) and connector pin 8 of ABS control unit B013.
5. Checking circuit of fuse F23 (15A)
(a) Use a multimeter to measure resistance to ground of connector pin 8 of ABS control unit
B013.
Resistance: >1MΩ
