                                                   Diagnosis-Wipers and washers
               Diagnostic Procedure

               1.     Checking fuse
               (a)    Ignition switch: OFF.
                                                                 (b)    Check fuse F20 (15A) in body fuse
                                                                        block.

               Is check result normal?
               Yes >    Go to step 2.
               No >    Replace fuse.
               2.     Checking wiper motor

                                                                 (a)    Checking function in LO
                                                                        •  Connect battery positive (+) to
                                                                            connector pin 2 and negative (-) to
                                                                            connector pin 3, and check if the
                                                                            motor runs in LO.
                                                                 (b)    Checking function in HI
                                                                        •  Connect battery positive (+) to
                                                                            connector pin 1 and negative (-) to
                                                                            connector pin 3, and check if the
                                                                            motor runs in HI.
                                                                 (c)    Checking auto stop function
                                                                        •  Connect battery positive (+) to
                                                                            connector pin 2 and negative (-) to
                                                                            connector pin 3, and disconnect pin
                                                                            2 when the motor is running in LO
                                                                            unless it is at any position for auto
                                                                            stop.
