WARRANTY
Definition and Interpretation
▪ Foton Commercial vehicle means Foton Aumark and Foton Auman
▪ Foton refers to Beijing Foton International Trade Co., Ltd.
Foton vehicles come with the following warranty:
▪ Aumark: Three (3) year or 160,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first)
▪ Auman EST-M: Three (3) year or 200,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first)
The warranty commences from the Date of First Sale (as defined in the Warranty Terms and Conditions), for manufacturing defects,
with the exception of items as detailed in the Terms and Conditions section.
Please read the Warranty Terms and Conditions in order that you are aware of your obligations to maintain the validity of this Warranty
and the exclusions to this policy.
Materials Defect Liability
Your Foton dealer, as a vendor, is liable to you for material damage to your new Foton commercial vehicle, Foton genuine parts or
Foton genuine accessories in accordance with statutory regulations and the vehicles purchase and sales agreement.
Foton Warranty for New Commercial Vehicles
As well as the materials defect liability, Beijing Foton International Trade Co., Ltd grants you the Foton warranty for New commercial
vehicles (hereinafter referred to as Foton Warranty), according to the conditions described in this Foton Warranty & Service
Information Booklet.
