INSPIRATION

This fictionalized series is inspired by the true-life

experiences of Jason Gurvitz, a DEA interpreter and

Greg Kadinga, an FBI veteran detective.

Jason was a Spanish wiretap interpreter for the DEA

and FBI and has actively listened to and analyzed

thousands of calls between major gangs dealing drugs.

Hearing their fears, lies, and secrets, he grew to

understand and appreciate the reasons they did the

things they did and ultimately realized how similar we

are.

Greg is a 25-year FBI veteran detective working with

federal task forces attempting to stem the endless tide

of gang activity and the collateral damage that

followed.
