BENEFITS OF LEARNING ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE

English is a global language used throughout the world. This means if you can speak English you
are one step ahead, as you can communicate with countries anywhere for pleasure or work. Maybe
you're thinking of immigrating to an English-speaking country or you want to attend a university
in an English-speaking country. You will find that finding a reputable and reliable English school
will benefit you greatly in the long run.
The first benefit to learning English as a second language (ESL) is that you keep your brain active.
As we age, we stop learning new languages and subjects. Our working lives keep us busy and we
tend to keep to our community, speaking to friends, family, neighbours and colleagues in our own
home tongue. When it comes time to needing English, you will be thrilled you found an English
skill and have kept your brain active, by learning a new language with ease and confidence.
