We had a busy time at the Little Movers Club. The teachers engaged the children actively in various or-
ganized activities. They participated in obstacle courses and aiming games, jumping over obstacles and
aiming ping pong balls into baskets. Navigating obstacles requires children to control their bodies, im-
proving their coordination and balance. It also encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Aiming and throwing balls into a basket require precise hand movements, which help develop fine mo-
tor skills.
The children also sorted balls of the same colour into hula hoops while working within a time frame.
This activity can teach children to stay calm and focused under pressure, helping them develop emo-
tional control. Sorting balls with different criteria and time constraints requires children to adapt quick-
ly, enhancing cognitive flexibility.
The children followed specific patterns at the table area, cutting and sticking along lines while working
within boundaries. This requires them to focus on particular areas and follow defined lines, enhancing
their attention to detail. Working within boundaries helps children understand spatial concepts and the
relationship between objects and space.
