rs Hauwa Adamu is the widow of the
late Sergeant (Sgt) Adamu Garba,
M Army No 96NA /411329. He joined the Ni-
gerian Army in 1996. Sgt Adamu Garba was from
Niger State and served his country with the Nigeri-
an Army.
He participated in several peacekeeping missions Head Boy Aisha Kere-Ahmed Pays

both within and outside Nigeria, most recently in
Garba
Otu in Nassarawa State, where he was injured by
Boko Haram and subsequently died from a gun-
shot wound to the head on 30th August 2023. Late
Sgt Adamu Garba is survived by his widow, Mrs
Hauwa Garba, and their four children.
