were welcomed by Hussain, who educated us
about the formation of paper through the pa-
pyrus plant in ancient Egypt.

The papyrus plant symbolizes many things in-
cluding protection of the sun upon the Egyptians
and the triangular stem representing the pyr-

amids.We were taught how the ancient Egyp-

tians made their paper,and given the opportu-
nity to see a magical room filled with different
pictures such as: The Last Supper, Qur’an, The
Munachim
Tree of Life and many more. All had a special
meaning to people including the Eye of Horus
picture, representing protection.
