Hands-on
Botany
tudents used flowers, leaves and other
plant parts to study how plants reproduce.
SBy examining flowers, they observed the
process of reproduction in plants, learning
how pollen transfer leads to seed formation,
which eventually grows into new plants. They
also observed examples like budding, cuttings
and runners, where plants create identical
offspring without seeds. This activity not only
allowed them to understand the diversity in
plant reproduction but also sparked curiosity
about how plants adapt and thrive in different
environments.
