SAFETY UPDATE
The positive trend is that we have a small weekly number of accidents
at work in 2025: From week 20 onwards, there has been a decline in the
number of accidents at work.
The action plan and the support provided by the company management in
the area of safety are beginning to show positive results.

DYNAMICS UPDATE
Project Dynamic is progressing steadily across all areas,
with consultants from GOB and Arquiconsult actively
collaborating with our teams in both Hilden and Vieira.
Their involvement goes beyond
meeting room workshops - they are
working side by side
with our colleagues in offices and
on the shop floor, observing
processes, developing solution
interfaces, and conducting
hands-on testing.
