There are some exciting changes happening in the Hilden Office.

With our new office layout, we’re hitting several targets at once:

1.Reducing costs by subletting the upper floor and moving all to the

ground floor, thereby significantly cutting our costs through more

efficient use of space.

2.Strengthening our team spirit and informal communication, through

sharing one kitchen, one printer, and more spontaneous encounters

in hallways.

The transition will happen gradually, and by mid-November, everyone

should be settled in.

Even with the smaller overall footprint, the number of desks stays the

same. We are simply using the space more cleverly by activating the

presentation area (aka “the museum”) and turning former hallway rooms

into functional workspaces. For meetings, you will still have access to both

a large and a small meeting room, so there is plenty of space for focused

teamwork.
