EDITION 09/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS
BÖLLINGHAUS DAY 2025
Böllinghaus Day 2025 took place on 19.09.25 at Quinta da Boubã in Pataias.
17 teams were formed, with a total of 180 participants, who had the
opportunity to take part in team-building activities. This year's theme was
“Safety at Work.”
The teams participated in 12 different activities, consisting of recreational
games chosen for this purpose. They also had to use a map to find the
various checkpoints distributed in different locations on site in order to
answer 25 questions - 10 about Böllinghaus Steel and 15 about safety at
work. After completing the series of activities, lunch took place in a relaxed
and convivial atmosphere. After lunch, there was a puzzle activity on the
topic of safety at work at Böllinghaus Steel, which also featured the
company's new safety logo. The day was characterised by wholesome
interaction and a positive atmosphere among all participants, who addressed
"safety" as a topic of great importance to the company. This contributed to
greater awareness of occupational safety and improved teamwork and
communication between colleagues from different areas of the company
who do not interact on a daily basis.
