EDITION 08/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS
UPDATE DYNAMICS
The measures discussed and decided on in June have
now been planned and dates fixed. From week 35 on,
GOB will be on-site every two weeks, with at least two
consultants, supporting the Böllinghaus colleagues to
test what is already available and to further develop the
new system. These activities will replace the current sprint planning which
ends by end of August. To further improve the usage of the system and
give people the chance to get more accustomed with it, we will try to
develop some kind of “homework”-program for the weeks in between.
In parallel we started setting up a new test environment which is about to
be completed, with realistic data in it, to be able to simulate real processes.
TÜV RHEINLAND AUDIT
The PED, CE Mark and UKCA external audit was
carried out by TÜV Rheinland on 06.-07.08.25.
The aim of the audit was to assess the conformity
of the processes in accordance with the regulatory requirements applicable
to PED products (Pressure Equipment Directive) and CPR/CE Mark for
products used in the construction sector in general, and in particular for the
United Kingdom (UKCA).
As a result of this audit, no non-conformities were identified but the
auditor suggested 4 opportunities for improvement which will contribute
to the continuous improvement of Böllinghaus Steel' Integrated
Management System (IMS).
