ESG UPDATE
After identification of almost 100 processes (IROs) within Böllinghaus
Steel, a group of stakeholders has rated and evaluated each and everything
of it, to identify the most crucial ones in relation to the Double
Materiality.
Because such Impacts, Risks and Opportunities are the most relevant
aspects for us to improve the ESG related processes. With this filtered
processes, we will now generate the actions and first steps to be taken
internally.
The next steps will include the measuring, structuring, and reporting of
the identified areas.
From 27.-29.08.25 Daniel Mende will participate on a TÜV course for
applying the Sustainability Manager based on the DIN EN ISO 26000 to
intensify and strengthen the ESG knowledge for us.
