EDITION 05/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS
MILL VISIT MAKSTEEL
On 12.05.25 we had the pleasure of welcoming
Maksteel to our plant in Portugal. Together with
Hartwig Härtel, Zélia Dinis, David Reis,
Ricardo Pereira and Fernando Vicente, they spent
the day in an intensive exchange and a detailed
tour of our production facilities.
Such encounters offer the ideal opportunity not only to familiarize our
partners with our processes, but also to give them a real insight into our
work and our commitment on site.
DYNAMICS
Even though currently not much progress is visible,
our Project Dynamic is constantly moving on.
As we decided to go for a sprint based approach, GOB is
step by step developing the different requirements in the
background and aligning them in regular meetings with
the respective key-users.
In parallel a few more finance workshops took place to further train and
intensify the knowledge in this area.At the end of June GOB will again
be on-site for a cost-accounting workshop as well as to spend a few days
in production to verify if their knowledge and understanding corresponds
with the reality in the production.
On Böllinghaus side we started the transfer and cleaning up of the master
data such as customers, vendors and payment terms. We additionally
began with first steps of creating the new items in our new item structure
