EDITION 05/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS
TRAINING AND STUDY FAIR IN HILDEN
On 17.05.25, Rui dos Santos represented Böllinghaus
Steel at the training and study fair in Hilden - with great
success. At our stand, they had many exciting
conversations with enthusiastic students who showed
great interest in our training and career opportunities.
The fair was very well organized and offered a great
platform to present Böllinghaus Steel as an attractive
employer and to make initial contacts with potential junior
staff.
We are already looking forward to welcoming new
apprentices and students starting with us this autumn.
ORCHARD MEADOW HILDEN
In autumn 2024, a meadow orchard with 51 fruit trees
was created in Hilden to promote climate and species
protection. The trees provide regional fruit and a
habitat for endangered species. Part of the harvest is
shared with the community. The project was made
possible by the support of NABU Hilden
(Naturschutzbund Deutschland, Hilden local group),
which is committed to protecting nature and the
environment. Böllinghaus Steel also made a significant
contribution to the realization as a donor. A stele on
site provides information about the project and its
supporters.
