PASSION TO COMPLETE

Sam Walton was the founder of Walmart which started as a one-
store retail shop to becoming the biggest company in the world in
the 90s. When Sam Walton was asked about the one strength that
helped him accomplished so much in such a short period. He said
that he didn’t possess any special talent, not smarter than an
average person but his absolute strength other cannot just match
is ‘passion to complete’. When he has started something, it must
be completed. So that is a simple one to add to your arsenal of
weapon to excel – develop the passion to complete in everything
you do. Practise with small things – this may help you make sense
of it because the way people do small things is the way they do big
things. For instance, I finish my tea and then make another one. I
finish listening to a piece of music. finish a lap of running etc. My
favourite one is that I finish the food on my plate; of course, I like
my food so that’s very easy. On a serious note, with time, it
becomes a habit and you won’t have to try anymore
