Techniques, principles, strategies are very easy to come by, but
why are people struggling so much to get on in business and life.
The human brain is not designed for getting results. Why? It is
because the brain is constantly scanning around for something
new and refreshing. I have picked 3 of the greatest men
considered as outliers; they have achieved extraordinary feats by
any standard. In my research, I found what is unique to them and
others like them. This little story that I found on YouTube illustrates
my point perfectly. Warren Buffett and Bill Gates visited Gate’s dad
and conversation about success ensued. So, he asked them to go
into separate rooms and write on a piece of paper the number one
reason for their success. They went away without speaking to each
other and they came back with the word ‘FOCUS’. You must be
aware that Bill Gate and Warren Buffett have a combined wealth
nudging 200 billion dollars. When I discovered this, I was
fascinated because I have also read a book by Andrew Carnegie
where he said this ‘
