money eclipse the net worth of Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and Jeff
Bezos combined. I have read almost all books with Andrew's name
on it because there is so much wisdom to learn from this man. He
was the brain behind the great book by Napoleon Hill, ‘Think and
Grow Rich'.
Andrew Carnegie said in his words that he didn’t know much about
the steel business technically, but he was adept at finding the right
people to do a great job for him. This is the reason why I have

how to do most things and they learn very fast and they are sought
after because of this talent. However, focusing on your strength
will give you exponential results. According to Peter Drucker, you
can improve on your strength to a world-class level, but you can
only improve your weakness to the level of average. That's a very
great insight because when you focus on improving your strength
you get a greater value than you put in. Do you remember the
asymmetry we discussed earlier about your input generating a
disproportionate higher output? When you operate from your
position of strength in your business, you are likely to get results
quicker. Having said that, there are several moving parts in the
business and so many things that must be done that is outside
