– How to Optimise Every Aspect of Your Business

Economics -this part looks at your business in its totality and the
interactions of various parts to produce a result. In essence, your
business is a system. What does it mean? It is easier to use the
analogy of what we can relate to daily. In my last seminar, I asked
the delegates this question. On a scale of 1-10, how certain would
they feel about their car taking them from point A to point B? The
answer was a resounding 10 out of 10 without hesitation. How can
we be so certain that the car would do this consistently without
fail? The reason is simple because the car is a system. This
system has undergone several thousands of changes since the
time it was first invented, such that it is now near perfect. We can
safely say it is a perfect system but there is constant effort to even
improve it further. Those attributes that make a car work
consistently every time we get inside it is similar to what would
make your business work consistently and let it run by itself if you
get it right. Driverless cars are now more of a reality which was like
a fiction a few years ago. There is still a lot to do before cars are
running around without drivers and for us to be comfortable with it.
Now let’s talk about your business. Can you organize your
