Food fee of $16 payable to the instructor.
Baking your own breads is not only satisfying, and rewarding; it’s also healthier and more nutritious. Cookbook Author, Sommelier, and International Chef Suzanne will be using organic extra quality flour and seeds, which will be available to purchase in class. In this workshop Chef Suzanne will demystify yeast bread making and demonstrate that one need not be a rocket scientist to make these irresistible bagels. Suzanne will cover multiple nutritious seeds to cover them and homemade delicious spreads to accompany them for a breakfast, lunch or dinner treat. A hearty vegetarian soup will be served in class to enjoy with your bagels or take home. Bring a baking sheet to class. Vegan.
Chocolate Candy Making

Chef Suzanne is inviting you to another chocolate adventure to get you ready for the holidays. In this chocolate candy workshop she will demonstrate step by step through instructions and tips how to making artisan chocolate candies for gifts or just to enjoy by yourself all year through. No wasting money or calories on mass-produced candy, you will handcraft your own candy with top quality Belgian chocolate that will be available for purchase in class. Menu:
