Mosaics
This class is designed for all students. Students will learn tile setting, nipping, thin set and grout applications. Students will enhance their creativity by drawing and manipulating with primary/complementary colors. Table tops, flower pots, wall hangers and much more will be offered as class projects for you to take home. Dmitry is an accomplished artist who has designed mosaics for public places. Oil & Acrylic Painting
This class will be focused on acrylic painting, not only for the beginner to learn the basics, but also for the more advanced student. The focus will be on painting composition and techniques. Composition includes the rule of thirds, contrasting colors, lighting, color saturation, and how to make a focal point. This class will focus on landscape, animals, flowers, and people. Oil Painting with Judy
Come join us for an exciting class of creative and beautiful oil paintings. You will learn color mixing, color values, composition and different brush strokes. Each class will include an instructor’s demo; one on one guidance is given for individual instruction. All levels are welcome. Beginning students must buy their own paints, canvas and other supplies. Fundamentals of Drawing
Drawing is one of the basic and the most valuable skills to begin your pursuit in art. Learn the processes to acquiring professional results including basic geometrical and organic forms, perspective, design composition. Students will be introduced to varies of drawing techniques and styles. Enjoy using this wonderful and flexible medium to create a unique art work. Dmitry Grudsky is a signature member of the Society of Western Artists . His artwork has been awarded locally and nationally. Patricio Jimenez is a well known artist and art director in the Bay Area. Chinese Brush Painting
Chinese brush painting with emphasis on individual instruction for intermediate and advanced students. A traditional approach to bamboo, flowers, birds, trees and landscapes will besomeofthesubjects.
