Intermediate with Tova
Learn the art of Japanese flower arrangements. In this beginning class, you will gain an appreciation of ikebana that is designed to show the beauty of each flower/plant. If you have a flat bottom container that is at least 2-3 inches deep (similar to a pyrex baking dish), you may use it as a “vase” for your initial floral arrangements. You will need to have an Ikebana pin frog and scissors; these supplies, as well as a few Ikebana containers, may be purchased in class. The lab fee pays for the flowers. No classes on Thursday 11/24, 12/22, 12/29 and on Friday 11/11, 11/25, 12/23 and 12/30.
