Learn the essential elements of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Students will learn how a sales representative will use Sales Cloud to prospect for clients, manage accounts and opportunities, manage workflow, communicate with clients, and run reports. In this interactive course, students will discuss best practices and gain hands-on experience running sales reports, forecasting with real time data, tracking quota attainment, and using productivity tools to successfully manage sales teams.
Students will be required to work through the CRM Basics module and provide proof of the electronic badge of completion prior to registration. Link to module is below.

Comprehensive hands-on, Administrative Essentials for New Admins is the core training that ensures your success with Salesforce. When you complete this course, you will be able to: -Customize your application, including page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes

• Set-up workflow automation
Prerequisites include a solid understanding of basic Salesforce concepts and functionality, and completion of the following on-line courses through the Trailhead website - CRM Basics, Admin Beg and Intermediate. This class is designed for adult learners who wish to succeed in the workplace and beyond. Ample practice and application opportunities will be provided in the context of workplace scenarios.

Web Design, Level 1
Web design for beginners where student will learn how to build an attractive website. This class is a comprehensive course that gives you hands-on experience in building your own website with HTML and WordPress software templates. This course will emphasize individual web page designs and layouts. Student has a chance to create web pages that integrates topics covered in each lecture, like WordPress templates, sidebar widgets, photo slide-show, YouTube video, MP3 music, and more. Student will have a solid essential knowledge of HTML programming as well as a FREE website YourNameHere.wordpress.com by the end of this course.

Prerequisites: Students must have some computer operation skills and know common computer terms. Example: WordPad, notepad, Email, Internet use, downloading, installing software, file naming conventions, file extensions, folder structures, and copy/paste operations. It’s a plus if you’ve used photo editing software, like Adobe Photoshop or Elements. No prior knowledge of HTML is necessary.

These objects can be of almost any shape or geometry, and are produced from a 3D model. Models may be created with a computer aided design (CAD) package. In this class you will create a model and print it using our 3-D printer. Learn how this next paradigm shift in manufacturing technology is leading the way in changing how multiple industries approach design implementation.
