Property Management
This introductory course in residential Property Management is highly recommended for new & existing Property Managers. You’ll be introduced to the property manager’s role in handling with many issues such as; tenant selection, rental and lease agreements, repairs, maintenance, basic rent rulesandlandlordandtenant’srights. Hospitality Program*
Students will learn the differences between leadership and management and why both are essential to the development and growth of an enterprise. Students will be able to demonstrate the differences between service and hospitality, delivering a memorable experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
This course will include an introduction to the hospitality industry as well as train and prepare students for the Guest Service Gold Certifica- tion offered through the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute.
Additional $25 exam fee for this certification.
Admission Requirements:
Minimum student qualifications include the abil- ity to speak English fluently and have a commit- ment to complete the training program.
This course is articulated with Mission College. Students can earn college credits upon completion.

This workshop style class is designed to address the most common residential property management issues. Bring your cases and we will collaboratively assess the ways to resolve the problems.
