5. Ownership
All materials, processes, and content shared with Talent remain the exclusive property
of Baby Kid Teen Media Group. Talent shall not claim ownership or authorship of any
proprietary content.
6. Breach & Remedies
Any breach of this Agreement may result in termination of management, legal action,
and/or financial damages. Management reserves the right to pursue all remedies
available under law.
7. Acknowledgment
