TALENT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Educating Families. Protecting Talent. Protecting Brands.

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Baby Kid
Teen Media Group (“Management”) and the undersigned individual (“Talent”) as of the
date signed below.

1. Purpose

Talent acknowledges that they will be managed by Baby Kid Teen Media Group and
may be exposed to proprietary systems, audition processes, creative methodologies,
branding strategies, and other confidential information (“Confidential Information”).

2. Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• Audition formats, criteria, and evaluation methods

• Internal communications and training materials

• Branding, marketing, and promotional strategies

• Scripts, show concepts, and unpublished content

• Contact lists, schedules, and logistical plans

• Any other non-public information shared during management

3. Non-Disclosure

Talent agrees not to disclose, share, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Confidential
Information to any third party, including other talent, media outlets, or competitors,
without prior written consent from Management.

4. Duration

This Agreement remains in effect during the term of Talent’s management and for a
period of two (2) years following the conclusion of their engagement with Baby Kid Teen
Media Group.
