4. Calendar Usage & Communication

• Media Group will provide Guardian with a digital calendar outlining all confirmed
dates, times, and locations

• Guardian agrees that calendar usage is essential to the booking and confirmation
process

• Guardian must regularly check and respond to calendar updates to ensure timely
coordination

• Failure to follow calendar updates may result in missed opportunities or removal
from scheduled events

5. Cancellation & Financial Responsibility

If Guardian cancels participation after bookings are confirmed:

• Guardian agrees to pay any cancellation fees or penalties incurred

• This protects Baby Kid Teen Media Group from financial loss or logistical
disruption

• Repeated cancellations may affect future participation eligibility

6. Weather & Illness Clause

• In the event of inclement weather, Media Group will make reasonable efforts to
reschedule or adjust logistics

• If Talent becomes ill or injured, Guardian must notify Media Group immediately

• Medical documentation may be requested for missed events

• Media Group will work compassionately to accommodate health-related changes

7. Communication & Timeliness

Guardian agrees to:

• Respond promptly to scheduling updates and travel coordination requests
