If services are performed in the family’s home, I understand and agree that:

 The home must be clean, safe, and free of hazards
 Animals must be secured or put away during service hours
 A designated area must be available for setup, including space for backdrops, lighting,
and equipment
 The homeowner must grant permission for services to be performed on-site
 All professionals are vetted, bonded, and trained to work respectfully and safely in
family environments

3. Affiliation & Professional Boundaries

I understand that creative professionals may be affiliated with Baby Kid Teen Media Group or
BKT MEDIA
its clients, and are present to support the creative process. I agree that:

 All questions, concerns, or requests must be directed only to Baby Kid Teen Media
Group staff
 Creative professionals are not responsible for administrative, booking, or policy-related
matters
 Respectful collaboration is expected at all times

Talent and Guardian agree to:

 Treat all professionals with kindness and respect
 Follow instructions and maintain a positive, cooperative attitude
 Avoid disruptive behavior or interference during sessions
 Recognize that these professionals are here to help create a meaningful project

5. Safety & Conduct

Talent and Guardian agree to:

 Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled services
 Follow hygiene and safety guidelines provided by Media Group
 Refrain from using personal products or equipment unless approved
