2 Tuck one strand through and up the next
loop, in a counterclockwise direction,
making sure it is positioned to the outer
part of the loop.
3 Now take the strand that was already in
that loop and tuck it in the same manner
through the next loop round.
4 Repeat with the next strand round, it
should pop up through the loop from the
first strand. There should only be one
strand sticking up and out of each of
the loops.
5 Take any strand and tuck it up through
the next loop in a counterclockwise
direction. This will be the loop formed by
itself, and will form an overhand knot.
6 Repeat this same movement with the
other two strands.
7 Tighten the knot by carefully pulling on
each of the strands a little at a time,
working the knot into an even shape with
the fingers of the left hand as you go.
