Habit 41: They keep a journal
One of the best creative outlets is also one of the most useful
things that a person can do in their life. Starting a journal and
writing in it regularly can help you work out things in your mind. In
addition, when you get discouraged in the future, you can look
back at your journal entries and see how far you have come.
These days, you might want to start a blog instead, if you feel
comfortable sharing that much of your life with strangers.
Otherwise, a writing privately in a journal (whether online or
offline) is still something many people choose to do.
