How often should you exercise and in what order?




               A minimum of twice a week for 15 minutes is required if you want

               to see any kind of result. Of course, if you want to schedule three,


               four or more sessions a week, or even do the exercises daily, go

               for it!




               A good option is to start with 2-3 exercise sessions a week and

               add more days as you go along to really ramp up the workout.




               There's no specific order in which to do the seven exercises, nor

               do you have to do them all. Just design a program that works well


               for you.




               For example, you can choose to do the seven exercises one after

               the other in one session. Or, you can do three or four with more


               repetitions.  You can even do just two with more reps during a

               15-minute session.




               Another option is to start with two or three of the exercises that

               appeal  to  you  most  for  the  first  week  and  add  more  as  you


               progress.



               Remember, nothing is carved in stone here. The beauty of these


               exercises is that they allow you to be as flexible as you want or
