and workshops on topics relevant to their work and fields
of specialization

Consequently, faculty members at College of Nursing are
encouraged to pursue graduate studies and attend several trainings,
seminars, and conferences to keep them abreast of their respective fields
of specialization and advances in the field of Nursing that would enhance
their teaching capabilities.
Apart from taking advanced degrees, the faculty members actively
participated in seminars, trainings and conferences held on local, regional,
national and international venues. These activities keep them abreast of
their respective fields
of specialization, make them familiar with techniques, strategies and
advances in practice that would enhance their teaching capabilities.
