In order to explore the distribution of the warm environment in Taipei and the
grading standards of human body heat sensitivity, and to take advantage of the
park and green space system to alleviate the urban heat island effect, according to
the temperature of Taiwan's climate characteristics, graded by the Central Weather
Bureau, if the wind speed is below 2.5m /s, when the temperature is 28 °C or higher,
the somatosensory temperature may reach 32 °C. Therefore, this plan takes areas with
temperature above 28 °C or higher as same category as “Urban Heat Island" zone.
