LOS ANGELES, CA – Mally Mall has found him- self on the wrong side of the law once again. According to TMZ, the veteran producer has been accused of drugging and raping 26-year-old fit- ness and clothing model Quashay Davis.
She says she met up with Mally at his Los Angeles home last January to discuss her fitness business. There, she was introduced her to former adult film star Jayla Foxx. She claims Mally had Foxx bring her a mixed drink made with Hennessy

and after she drank it, she be- came dizzy then blacked out.
The lawsuit states she then remembered waking up to a masseuse rubbing her body.
Mally allegedly slapped her face in an effort to keep her conscious and reportedly said, “You’re my new b**ch” and “You’re my Jayla num- ber two.” Davis says Mally also offered her cocaine, forced her to perform oral sex on him and “roughly” pene- trated her.
A rep for Mally called Davis’ claim a “blatant at- tempt at extortion,” adding “there is absolutely no factual basis or merit in this case.”
Oprah Reportedly Stepping Down From Russell Simmons Sexual Assault Doc
RUSSELL SIMMONS AND OPRAH WINFREY
Oprah Winfrey is report- edly stepping down from her role as executive producer for an upcoming documentary about Russell Simmons. According to TMZ, the talk show legend is not only distancing herself from the project but also blocking its path to Apple TV+.
“I have decided that I will no longer be executive producer on The Untitled Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering Documentary and it will not air on Apple TV+,” she reportedly said.”First and fore- most, I want it to be known that I unequivocally believe and sup- port the women. Their stories deserve to be told and heard.”
The doc was centered around sexual assault accuser Drew Dixon, who claims the Def Jam Recordings co-founder raped her in his New York City apartment in 1995. She ex- plained more work is needed on the doc to “illuminate the full scope of what the victims en- dured and it has become clear that the filmmakers and I are not aligned in that creative vi- sion.”
She added she “will be working with Time’s Up to sup- port the victims and those im- pacted by abuse and sexual harassment.”
