Marshals Arrest Man Wanted In Murder Of Mom Of 2
3 Injured During Shooting At West Tampa Bowling Alley

Last Tuesday, the U. S. Marshals Service arrested a man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a young mother. The murder took place November 15, 2020.
Tyree Lamons Bell, 26, was taken into custody on an active warrant and charged with first-degree murder.
Police said the victim, 23- year-old Arnieceia Milton, was an innocent bystander and not involved in the argu- ment. She was the mother of two young children.
According to police, Bell became involved in an argu-

ment with Ms. Milton’s boyfriend at another location earlier during the evening. Later when Ms. Milton and her boyfriend were at an out- side gathering on 16th Street. South, Bell reportedly drove by and fired shots at them from a vehicle.
Ms. Milton was trans- ported to a local hospital, where she later died.
Bell was charged with first-degree murder; at- tempted second-degree mur- der; and felonious possession of a firearm. He is being held at the Pinellas County Jail without bond.
Three individuals were injured Sunday night after gunfire erupted at a West Tampa bowling alley. None of the individuals received life-threatening injuries.
According to the Tampa Police Department, officers responded to a 9-1-1 call about a shooting at the Pin Chasers Bowling Alley, 4847 N. Armenia Avenue, shortly after 11 p. m. When the offi- cers arrived at the scene, they located one person inside the establishment who had been injured by gunfire. They also learned that two other indi- viduals with gunshot wounds had gone to St. Joseph’s Hos- pital for treatment.

groups took place. At that point, gunfire was exchanged by both parties in the parking lot of the business. Two of the occupants fled the scene at a high rate of speed. Officers located the vehicle at the hos-
pital and made contact with the occupants. Both individ- uals were suffering from gun- shot injuries.
One of them, identified as 21-year-old Cedrick Durham, Jr., reportedly had a gun in his possession. He was taken into custody and charged with being a felon in possession of a hand- gun and discharging a firearm in public.
The investigation is con- tinuing.

Woman Who Stabbed ‘Voodoo Dog’ Arrested
Pasco Deputies are search- ing for two men wanted in connection with a bank rob- bery. The robbery happened Friday afternoon in Lutz.
Deputies said the men en- tered the bank around 1:15 p. m., and approached an indi- vidual who was repairing an ATM at a bank near the inter- section of SR 54 and Liv- ingston Rd., in Lutz.
Both men were described as Black men in their late 20s or early 30s, around 5’8” be- tween 160 and 170 pounds.
The two suspects left in a gray, newer model Mercedes 300 and went east on State Road 54.
A 19-year-old woman was arrested after she admitted to stabbing the family dog. She told police the dog, named King, was part of a “voodoo curse.”
The Immokalee woman, identified as Ms. Heaven Cummings, was charged with aggravated animal cru- elty. The dog is expected to survive.
According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place on Sun- day. Ms. Cummings re- portedly woke up another woman in the house and told her she had stabbed the dog.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they discovered the dog had several stab wounds.

legedly said the dog had a voodoo curse on her and she stabbed the dog because it would not stop following her.
There were no reports of the dog acting aggressively and Ms. Cummings was uninjured in the incident, deputies said.
