Women’s Council Of Realtists To Host Membership Social
On Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 10 A. M., the Women's Council of Bay Area Associa- tion of Realtists, Inc. will host its quarterly Membership So- cial at Beulah Baptist Institu- tional Church, 1006 West Cypress Street in the A. Leon Lowry Center.
The guest speaker will be Machelle Maner, Vice President, and Senior Com- munity Development Officer, Wells Fargo Bank.
Ms. Maner’s discussion topics will cover leadership, motivation, and much more.
The Women’s Council of Bay Area Association of Re- altists, Inc. continues to pro- vide college scholarships, financial education (for adults and teens), First- time home-buyers' education classes, and down payment assistance to community res- idents. The organization is committed to utilizing their collective efforts to offer ex- ceptional, professional serv- ices.
Those who come out do
not have to be in the Real Es- tate industry to attend or be- come a member of the Women's Council of Bay Area Association of Realtists, Inc. The Membership Social is open to the public.

Judge Receives 2016 President's Award Of Merit
Hillsborough County Judge Daryl Manning re- cently received the Florida Bar President's Award of Merit. The award was pre- sented to him at the Florida Bar’s 66th Annual Conven- tion, held at the Hilton Or- lando Bonnet Creek in Orlando.
His daughter, Ms. Danielle Manning, was in attendance to accept the award for Judge Manning.
Ramón Abadin, the 2015-2016 Florida Bar Presi- dent, expressed appreciation for Judge Manning’s work as chair of the Board of Bar Examiners to “elevate the re- lationship between The Florida Bar and the Board of Bar Examiners, and his focus was on keeping the Board user-friendly and transpar- ent, open to technology, and prepared for change.”
Judge Manning was ap- pointed to his judgeship in September 2015. Previously he served as Judge Advocate for the Army and Assistant

Judge Manning’s term of office with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners began November 1, 2009, and he was elected as vice chair in 2013. He became chair on November 1, 2015.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Manning attended the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center, where he re- ceived his LL.M. degree; St. John’s University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate; and the Uni- versity of South Carolina, where he received his bache- lor’s degree.
