RAY WILLIAMS
MRS. THELMA FULLBRIGHT-JOHN
Mrs. Thelma Fulbright-John of Tampa passed away Friday, Febru- ary 14, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 22nd, at 11 a. m. at Northside Church of Christ, 6906 N. 50th Street, with Brother Antonio Seay, officiating. Entombment will fol- low in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Mrs. Thelma Fulbright-John was a native of Camilla, Georgia, and a resident of Tampa for over 50 years. She was educated in the public schools of Mitchell County, Camilla, GA, and in the mid ’50s, she relocated to Daytona Beach, FL, Volusia County, where she met and married her husband, Mr. Joe John, Jr. She began her career in Food Service at Halifax Hospital, Daytona Beach, FL, where she was a dedicated employee until 1968.
Mrs. John and her husband de- cided to move their family to Tampa, Florida, where she was a member of Northside Church of Christ and retired after 50 years of dedicated service as a Dietary Su- pervisor from Tampa General Hos- pital.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. Gordon and Mrs. Carrie Mae Fulbright; and hus- band, Mr. Joe John, Jr.; sons, James Edward Mills and Steven Lawrence John and daughter, Janet B. McCoy.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: her loving children, Sharon M. Washington, Debbie T. Duncan (Charles), Pamela B. Burns and Monica Renee Duncan (Robert); daughter-in-law, Troyland Mills; grandchildren, Lawrence Tucker, Charles Duncan, Jr., Lester McCoy, II, Ebony Duncan, Lahkoyah McCoy, Deon McCoy, Robert Dun- can, III, Mario Duncan (Tashae), Joseph John, Sara Burns, Octavia Burns, Cory Burns (Bianca), Daphne Oliver, James Edward Mill, II (Joe) and Erica Mills; 25 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Mrs. Gloria Prather of Daytona Beach, FL; aunts, Mrs. Willie B. Dukes of Al- bany, GA and Mrs. Ozie Bell of Camilla, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and her church family.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, February 21st, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MS. WENDI LYNN SMITH
Ms. Wendi Lynn Smith of Bran- don, FL, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Febru- ary 22nd at 11 a. m., at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Ernest Boone, officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 5233 118th Avenue North, Clearwater, Florida 33760.
Wendi Lynn Smith entered this world alongside of her twin brother, Willie Lee Smith, III on January 5, 1983, to the proud parentage of Beverley Campbell and Willie Lee Smith Jr. She completed her high school education at West- bury High in New York, 2002, and relocated to Tampa to be closer to her twin brother. Wendi worked at One Touch Direct as a Customer Service Representative for several years. She was a daddy’s girl who bonded even closer due to their love for football. Wendi loved her family dearly especially her nieces and nephews. Her hobbies were listen- ing to all types of music, watching movies and a host of other inter- ests.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Willie; step-mother, Jackie; and her grandmother, Cyn- thia.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ories: her mother, Beverley; sisters, Latoya, Kimberly, Jasmine, Michelle and Amber; brothers, Mario, Barry, Willie, III and Ter- rance. She is also survived by: sev- eral aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews a host of other relatives and friends. Wendi had an impact on many fam- ily and friends, she will be greatly missed.

      MR. O’NEIL ROLETO POWELL
Mr. O’Neil Roleto Powell of Tampa, Florida, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 22nd, at 11 a. m. at Temple Terrace Community Church, 210 Inverness Avenue, with Apostle Michelle Kelly, officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Mr. O’Neil Roleto Powell was a na- tive and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the pub- lic schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School, Class of 2001. Mr. Pow- ell enjoyed a career as a Chef/Line- cook, where he worked in various restaurants, such as the Cheesecake Factory, Longhorn Steakhouse restau- rants and a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by: his uncle, Glenville Cookson; and dear cousin, Teresa Cookson.

MR. ROBERT L. TROTMAN, SR. (‘BOBBY’/ ‘BREAD’)
Mr. Robert L. Trotman, Sr., (aka “Bobby/Bread”), passed away on Friday, February 14th, 2020. There will be two services. On Fri- day, February 21st, a Memorial Service will be held at 7 p. m. at the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall East, 3804 Danny Bryan Blvd., Tampa, FL 33619, with Bro. Robert Robertson, Chairman.
On Saturday, February 22nd, a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Rev. Aubrey Hodges, officiating.
Mr. Trotman was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida, born on August 17, 1949 to John and Mozelle Trotman. He attended schools of Hillsborough County and is a graduate of Middleton High School, Class of 1967. After high school, Robert joined the United States Air Force, where he traveled to many places serving our country.
Later in life, he changed his re- ligion and converted to be a Jeho- vah’s Witness. Robert was a member of Jehovah’s Witness King- dom Hall East Congregation, for many years. He was employed as a Childcare Service Specialist for Hillsborough County Children Serv-
