MRS. BLANCHE MAE HADLEY WATKINS
A Celebration of Life and Love for Mrs. Blanche Mae Hadley Watkins, who God called home on the morning of February 11, 2020, will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020, at 11 a. m. at Holy Outreach Church for Christ, 7935 N. Armenia Avenue, Tampa, Florida with Bishop Johnny L. Williams, Jr., and Pastor Michael D. Williams, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Blanche Mae Hadley Watkins was born January 19, 1943 to George Hadley, Sr. (Rose Clantha Herbert – Hadley). She was edu- cated in Thomas County Public Schools in Thomasville, GA.
Mrs. Blanche moved to Tampa, Florida in 1960 and resided here until her demise. She was a woman full of life. Mrs. Blanche enjoyed being around her children, grand- children and church family. She enjoyed cooking for everyone, and spending time in her hometown.
She retired from University of South, Tampa, Florida in 1960. In 2006 she sold her body oils, etc., at Jackson Food Store, Tampa, Florida. She was a faithful mem- ber of Trumpet In Zion Fellowship, Inc., Tampa, Florida, Pastor Michael Williams, Pastor and Apos- tle Darryl McCoy Sr. Founder & Overseer.
Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by: her parents, George Henry Hadley and Rose Clantha Herbert-Hadley; husband, Joseph Watkins; 5 sisters and 2 brothers, Doris Jackson, Voila Stringer, Beat- rice Johnson, Gladys Harris, Janice Hadley, Thomas and George Hadley, Sr. and granddaughter, La’ Quandra Harvey.
She leaves to cherish her fond- est memories with: her 4 children, Jacqueline Diggs, Jonathan (Court- ney) Williams, Bishop Johnny (Cal- quetta) Williams, Jr., Orlando, Florida, and Pastor Michael (Argelia) Williams; grandchildren, Anthony Sr., Fredrick Sr., Donna, Solange, Adrian, Shaia, Shana, Shanicka, Prince Sr., Johnny II, Brittany, Gregory, Myeshia, Mikayla, Micah, Lil Argelia; 21 great-grands and 2 great-great – grands; brother, George Henry Hadley, Sr.; god-sisters, Vera Thomasville, GA and Sister Rose (Leslie) Brooks of Tampa, FL; a host of saints, nieces, nephews, cousins; caregivers, Hospice of Tampa Bay Ruby Team, Mrs. Martha Carey and husband along with many friends.
There will be a viewing on Thursday February 20, 2020 from 5 – 8 p. m. with the family present to receive friends from 5 – 6 p. m. in the chapel.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Friday at approxi- mately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MR. EDDIE LEE DAVIS, SR.
Mr. Eddie Lee Davis, Sr., who passed away February 10, 2020, will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 1 P. M., at Light of the World Church, 4701 N. 15th St., Tampa, FL 33610, with Apostle Clif- ford Holder, officiating, Pastor Tommy Jones, eulogizer, Apostle Johnny Jones-Founder and Over- seerer. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. Eddie Lee Davis was born Au- gust 20, 1954. He served two terms in the Army, one in which he served in the Vietnam War. He was awarded the National Defense Serv- ice Medal and an Expert Badge for the M-16. Mr. Davis was Honorably Discharged in 1974.
Mr. Davis was a faithful mem- ber of The New Full Gospel COGIC. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by: three brothers, James, Allen, and Samuel Davis; and one
sister, Gloria Davis.
He leaves to cherish his mem-
ory; a loving wife, Ms. Betty Davis; sisters, Selma Tillman and Lucy Ed- mond; brother, Ronald Davis; uncle, Bradley Davis; sons, Eddie Davis, Jr. (Ronnie), Dwayne Davis, George Wallace (Tania), Van Un- derwood, Andre Bryant (Angela), Adrian Bryant; two daughters, A. Tasha Brown, Kendra Underwood (Artice); three stepdaughters, Laquita, Michelle, Makisha (Tim) Floyd; one goddaughter, Tarianna Williams; two stepsons, Michael, Jr. (Quenteria) and Demetrius Floyd; a host of other sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, great grands and friends.
Visitation is Friday, 5 to 7 P. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. We will assemble the procession 12:45 p. m., at the church.

BROTHER EARL JACKSON, II
A Memoriam Homegoing Cele- bration will be held for Brother Earl Jackson, II, on Saturday, Feb- ruary 22, 2020, 1 p.m., at Holsey Temple C.M.E. Church, 3729 N. 15th Street, Tampa, FL 33610. Anita D. Williams, Pastor.
Earl Jackson was from Jack- sonville, FL and had been a resi- dent of Tampa for the past 20 years. His father and mother, Earl and Ruth Jackson, preceded him in death.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Jackson and Michelle Jackson Williams; one daughter, Alicia Jackson; his adopted par- ents, Rev. Joe L. Johnson and Lady Joyce E. Johnson.
Earl was born April 10, 1957. He was a veteran, having served in the U. S. Army from 1978, honor- ably discharged in 1981. He was presently a member of Holsey Temple C.M.E. Church, and was President of the Male Choir, Holsey Men On A Mission.
Brother Earl was employed at St. Vincent Hospital, in Jack- sonville as a Nurse’s Aide from 1982 until 1987. He then relocated to Atlanta, GA, and was employed by Atlas Moving Co., from 1987 through 1988.
He then relocated to Tampa in 1991. Brother Earl was a long time resident at James Haley VA Med- ical Center and due to his gentle and kind spirit, he has earned the respect of the VA staff and fellow residents.
Brother Earl loved to sing and will be dearly missed by his church family and all that had ever met him and had the opportunity to meet him.
He demonstrated Godly love toward all he had the privilege to enjoy life with him. Hallelujah, Amen.

MR. BOBBY ASHLEY
Mr. Bobby Ashley, age 78, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020, in Tampa, Florida.
A Memorial Service will be held on February 22, 2020, from 11
a. m. to 2 p. m. at Cremations of Tampa, 110 N. MacDill Ave., Tampa, FL 33609.
Our dad loved people, especial kids. He loved his grandbabies so much and all our relatives’ kids also. He worked and retired from Hillsborough County Roads.
He was preceded in death by: wife, Betty Ashley; parents, Ira and Mattie Ashley; brothers, Lafayette, Hezekiah, and Emmanuel.
He is survived by: his two sons, Kent and Greg Ashley; daughter- in-law, Rachel Ashley; and 3 grandchildren, Shema Freeman, Danielle Ashley and Maya Ashley, whom all brought him so much joy.
Although, saying goodbye to our dad, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, is diffi- cult, knowing you are in God’s hands makes the pain a little more tolerable.
Now rest Dad, you are missed and loved.
