   Greater Bethel Hosts Homeless Community Service Day

Greater Bethel M. B. Church, Inc., 1207 North Jef- ferson Street, downtown, will host a Homeless Community Service Day from 9 a. m. to noon on Saturday, October 6. The guest speaker is Attor- ney Paul Rebein, of Rebein Brothers Trial Lawyers.
During this program, one family will give their testi- mony of “moving from home- less to self-sufficiency.” Greater Bethel, in partner- ship with Metropolitan Min- istries, is helping those who are in need with housing. More than 30 community
service partners will partici- pate and offer an array of so- cial services to the homeless and low income family.
One of the community service partners is the Hillsborough County Su- pervisor of Elections Of- fice, who will provide Voter’s Registration to those persons who have not registered to vote for the General Election on Tuesday, November 6. The last day for persons to register to vote is
Tuesday, October 9.
Just to name a few of the other free services: haircuts, health insurance, identifica- tion cards, veterans’ services, flu shots, mental health, do- mestic violence, reentry and legal services, cell phones and more.
