MS. BRENDA SHARPE HANCOCK
Homegoing celebration for Ms. Brenda Sharpe Han- cock, who passed away Febru- ary 3, 2017, will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Ronnie Murray, Pastor of New Greater Friendship M. B. Church, officiating. The com- mittal will be made at the church.
Brenda Sharpe Hancock was born October 21, 1963 in Tampa. Brenda Sharpe at- tended Hillsborough County Schools and was helpful to anyone she met.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Darcil Han- cock; father, Andrew Han- cock; and grandmother, Arzada Marion.

MR. NEWLON WILLIE LLOYD
Homegoing services for Mr. Newlon Willie Lloyd, a native of Barraterre Exuma, Bahamas, will be held on Saturday, February 18, at11a.m.atSt.LukeAME Church, 2709 N 25th Street, with Reverend Kirk Bogen, Minister and Benjamin Daniels, of South- side Church of Christ in St. Pe- tersburg FL, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
In 1965, Newlon served as Pres- ident of the Migrant Farm Work- ers Association for the State of Florida. He was an amazing en- trepreneur who established Newlon’s Citrus & Harvesting Company; a cleaning and paint- ing business and Newlon’s Ba- hamian & American Restaurant on 4th Avenue in Ybor City. Newlon retired from labor to rest on Thursday, February 9, 2017.
He was preceded in death by: son, Vergil Van Lloyd, Sr., and daughter, Nettalee Lloyd.

MR. IVOR M. BUTCHER, SR.
A celebration of life memo- rial service for Mr. Ivor M. Butcher, Sr. who passed Febru- ary 9, 2017 will be held on Sat- urday, February 18, 2017 at 11 a. m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th St., Tampa, with Evangelist Alfred Williams officiating.
Mr. Butcher was preceded in death by: his parents, Mr. George and Mrs. Ruby Butcher; brother, Curtis Butcher; sister, Sheila Thorne; and nephew, Roger Butcher.

Mr. Butcher, affectionately known as “Mack” to his family and “Butch” to his friends, was born September 21, 1938 in Barbados, WI. He was the youngest child of George and Ruby Butcher. He was edu- cated in the islands and at- tended the Montgomery Boys School and went to church regularly with his family. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
He relocated to the United States in the late 1950’s to pur- sue better opportunities and began honing his craft as a carpenter. He was actually a Jack of many trades for which he mastered them well. How- ever, his skills as a Master Carpenter were widely known and admired.
In 1962, he married his darling wife and was blessed with four wonderful children. In his avid years, Mr. Butcher was an avid Bodybuilder who competed professionally. He was the first Black man to win the Mr. Tampa bodybuilding competition, taking the title in 1974. He was a meticulous hard worker who endeavored to have his own business (Pre- mier Carpentry Services). He later worked and retired from Carteret Management Corp.
He enjoyed watching golf and liked to hit golf balls in the backyard. He loved his children dearly, but his great- est affinity was for his grand- children and his great grandsons.
THERE WILL BE NO VIEWING. Friends are asked to assemble at the funeral home at approximately 10:45 a. m. Saturday for the service.
