TMZ state RiRi’s father and a business partner claimed they were her reps in order to solicit millions of dollars. In 2017, they allegedly tried to book Rihanna for 15 shows in Latin America without her consent.
RiRi also says her father attempted to trademark “Fenty” for resort boutique hotels. As a result, multiple cease and desist letters were fired off to her father to no avail.
