CARNEGIE
MR. THEODORE L. CARNEGIE, JR. ‘TC’
A homegoing celebration in the loving memory of Mr. Theodore L. Carnegie, a. k. a. “TC,” who passed away on Satur- day, September 2, 2017, will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 3 p. m. at Unity Temple In- ternational Fellowship, Inc., 2351 Northeast 200th Ave., Williston, FL 32696, with Apostle Willie Battle. Interment will be private at New Hope Cemetery in Willis- ton, FL 32696.
Mr. Theodore L. Carnegie, Jr. was born in Levy County to the late Theodore L Carnegie, Sr. and the late Alice Grim-Carnegie. He was the oldest of 9 siblings and was very close to his family. He was educated in the Levy County School System and is a member of the graduating class of 1966, Williston Vocational High School, where he was a star football player. He is a Veteran of the United States Army and a faithful member of St. James AME Church in Kinston, NC, where he served on the Usher Board. He loved football, with Florida State University ’Noles, and the Miami Dolphins being his favorite team.
Theodore was a man who en-
joyed traveling, experiencing new things, and going where he was needed. For that reason, he lived in Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia. He made sure his chil- dren knew the value of hard work and family commitment. “TC” will be loved by many and forgotten by none.
He is leaves to mourn: 2 daughters, Tasha L. Carnegie (Lushane Francis) of Tampa, FL and Tronda L. Carnegie of Colum- bus, GA; 2 additional children raised as his own, James A. Pad- gett, II (Kimberly) of Tampa, and Tracy L. Miller (Donte) of Georgia; 8 siblings, Merial Mills (Ernest), AL Joseph Carnegie, Sr. (Eliza- beth), Pastor Carl J. Carnegie (Janie), Oliver Carnegie (Elouise), Evangelist Felicia Parker (Larry), Virginia Floyd (Danny), Andre Carnegie (Renee), and Quanda Carnegie Parker (Quinton); 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchil- dren; 3 great aunts, Eula Conley, Tampa, Nora Burney, Kinston, NC, and Avis Seabrooks, Williston, FL; longtime friend, Leonard Roberts, St. Petersburg, FL; and special friend, William Glenn, Jr., Kinston NC.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, grandparents (Louis Carnegie and Nora Bee Leslie- Carnegie and James Grim and Sadie Mae Atkins-Grim), and other family members.
The visitation will be held Fri- day, September 8, 2017 at Allen Chapel AME Church, 48 Northeast 9th Street, Williston, FL 32696 from 5 – 7 p. m. and will receive family and friends at that time.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.

MR. HERBERT NORMAN MCLEAN
Homegoing Services for Mr. Herbert Norman McLean, who passed away August 27, 2017, will be held Saturday, Septem- ber 9, 2017 at 11 a. m. at Forest Hills Church of God of Prophecy, 401 W. Bougainvillea Ave., Tampa, FL 33612, Zhivago Adderley, Pastor, Presiding, Bishop Degrando Franks, Eulo- gist. Committal will be made at the church.
Mr. McLean was born No- vember 9, 1930 in Trelawny, Ja- maica, West Indies to James McLean and Mimi Smith. He lived in England from 1960- 1983. In 1983 he moved to New Jersey, where he worked in construction. In 1998, he relo- cated to Florida. He was mar- ried to Elsaida Viola Palmer McLean.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, parents and four siblings.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Bar- bara Snaith, Marlene McLean Gallimore, Seymour (Elaine) White, and Jennifer Murphy; siblings, Iciline McLean Smith; and brother-in-law, Vincent Hawkins; nieces, Carmen Clarke and Keshie Smith; grandchildren, O’Connor Mc- Calla, Michael Snaith, Michele Herelle, Omar White, Simone White, Antoine (Kristen) Herelle, Jasmin Frances, Na- talee Bromfield, Antoniette Liv- ingstone and Kenika Parchment; great grandchil- dren, Kwami, Clyeo, Olivia, and Avery; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Homegoing Services for Brother Arthur James Marcus, who passed away September 5, 2017, will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 1 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St, Tampa, FL, 33610. Pastor Otis Cooper, New Ris- ing Star Ministries, officiating. Interment will be held at Or- ange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E Chelsea St, Tampa, FL 33610.
Bro. Arthur James Marcus entered this life on March 5, 1940, born to the union of the late Josephine Denson and Charlie Marcus, Sr. His early years were spent in Bartow, FL. He attended Polk County School, Union Academy.
In later years, he married his devoted wife, Queen Lorine Marcus. To this union was born five children: Arthur Dil- worth, Jr., Arfinder Johnson, Anna Jo Adema, Anthony Mar- cus and Angela Wilson.
He leaves to cherish mem- ories: his wife; children; a spe- cial nephew, Daniel Marcus (Bernice); grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
Visitation for Brother Arthur James Marcus will be held this Friday evening from 5-8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home. The processional will assemble at 12:45 p. m. Satur- day at the Chapel.

MRS. STACYE MICHELLE GRACE
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Stacye Michelle Grace of Tampa, FL, who passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 will be held Saturday, September 9, at 11 a. m. at St. John Cathedral Church, 3401 E. 25th Avenue, with Pastor Dwight Newkirk, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Stacye was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. She was educated in the Public Schools of Hillsbor- ough County and was a gradu- ate of Tampa Bay Technical High School. She was a mem- ber of St. John Cathedral Church and was baptized at the age of nine years old. Sta- cye was employed by Tampa General Hospital in the Ad- missions Department. She was also a licensed Cosmetol- ogist, specializing in hair braiding.
She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories with: her husband, Seyerick Bernard Grace; two devoted daughters, Shericka B. Grace and Seyera M. Grace; loving and caring parents, Harold Adams and Janie Adams; second mom, Pastor Lena Boyd; devoted and loving sister, Stephanie D.
