MR. JAYQUON JOHNSON
A homegoing service for Jayquon Johnson, who passed away on January 1, 2017 will be held on Satur- day, January 7, at 2 p. m. at New Dawn Restoration Cen- ter, 6616 E. Chelsea Ave., Tampa, 33605 with Pastor, Elder Jarvis Green, officiat- ing. Words of encourage- ment, Pastor Andrew Holder, Anointed Word Outreach Ministries.
Jayquon Johnson was born in Tampa, FL on July 8, 1999. He attended schools of Hillsborough County and was a current student at Brandon High School. He loved bas- ketball, telling jokes and making people laugh. His fa- vorite saying was, “All gas no brakes.” His mentor was the basketball coach at Brandon H. S., Jamie Turner, whom he loved and respected like family. Jayquon was well liked and described by friends as a “big teddy bear.” He loved his family. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by: his grandfather, William Johnson, Sr.; grandmother, Melrose Doyle; uncles, Lon- nie Johnson, Sr., Ricky Doyle; aunts, Leola Johnson, Valerie Johnson, Betty John- son, Cynthia Jones; cousin, Baby Lonnie Johnson, Jr.

Father Dies, 2-Year-Old Injured In Traffic Accident
Man, 25, Killed In Traffic Accident
A 30-year-old man died as a result of a traffic accident Wednesday evening. His 2- year-old son was listed in sta- ble condition.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, the accident took place around 6:15 p.m. Bryan An- thony was driving north- bound on Henry George Road, just south of Old Hopewell Road. Anthony reportedly lost control of his vehicle while attempting to pass several other cars.
The car left the roadway and struck a large utility pole on the west side of the road.
BRYAN ANTHONY Anthony died on impact.
His son was transported by helicopter to Tampa General Hospital. The child was listed in stable condition.
DONTAE JAMAL HILL ... Died in accident
A 25-year-old Tampa man died in a traffic accident early Wednesday morning. The accident occurred at the intersection of Adamo Drive and Falkenburg Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Johnathan Nicholas Honza, 28, of Brandon, was driving a 2016 Chevrolet SS in the center lane of Adamo Drive approaching Falken- burg Road. Dontae Jamil Hill, of Tampa, was driving a 2005 Acura TSX south- bound in the inside left turn lane on Falkenburg Road.
Hill entered the intersec- tion just as Honza violated the traffic light. Honza’s ve- hicle struck the driver’s side of Hill’s vehicle.

were transported to Tampa General Hospital. Hill died a short time later. Honza was listed in serious condition.

37, of Tampa, was not in- jured, but her 2913 Chevro- let Express was damaged by debris. None of her passen- gers, Sierra M. Arnold, 25, of Brandon, Travon R. Jackson, 21, of Tampa, Milton Jones, 48, of Clemont, Fl or Tevino Mc- Dowell, 18, of Tampa re- ported any injuries.
Investigators stated in re- ports that Honza was sus- pected of being under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending and the investi- gation is continuing.
