It’s truly the Avengers’ world. The opening weekend of “Avengers: Endgame” de- molished box office records with a stunning $350 million in North America and $1.2 bil- lion worldwide.
Disney-Marvel’s fourth and final Avengers superhero movie has captivated moviego- ers, accounting for more than four of every five tickets sold domestically. “Avengers: Endgame” topped the year-old “Avengers: Infinity War” records by nearly $100 million domestically and a jaw-drop- ping $560 million worldwide. China generated an astound- ing $329 million over its five- day launch weekend.

Tamron Hall is officially a mom! On Thursday, the 48- year-old journalist announced on social media the birth of son Moses, after surprising fans early last month with the announcement that she was both newly married to music executive Steven Greener

and 32 weeks pregnant with their first child.
Mother and son made it safely to full term, and Hall announced the happy news via an Instagram photo of her holding her newborn, wearing a straw hat embroidered with his name.
“Moses & Mama!! I can’t wait to introduce y’all to my #sonshine,” Hall captioned the serene photo. “Photo credit: Dad who can’t stop crying tears of joy. Thank y’all for the love and support. It got us here.”

NEW YORK — Thanos isn't the only one the Avengers are beefing with this weekend. While "Avengers: Endgame" was smashing box-office records, Jay-Z was igniting an imaginary feud with the Mar- vel superheroes at New York's iconic Webster Hall, which re- opened Friday after undergo- ing a year and a half of renovations.
"Thank you all for being here," Jay-Z told the crowd midway through his "B-Sides 2" show, which spotlighted lesser-known tracks from his three-decade career. "This (ex- pletive) means a lot to me. I know the 'Avengers' is playing
in a theater down the block and all, but the Avengers aren't even real."
The most moving moment of the night came when Jay-Z diverted from his set list to perform a freestyle, paying tribute to late rapper/activist Nipsey Hussle, who was shot and killed in Los Angeles lastmonth.
"Gentrify your own hood be- fore these people do it / claim eminent domain and have your people move in," Jay-Z rapped. "That's a small glimpse into what Nipsey was doing / for anybody still con- fused as to what he was doing."

HOUSTON, TX – It turns out Bun B didn’t just shoot a masked intruder who at- tempted to rob his wife Quee- nie at their Houston home last week. TMZ reports the UGK vet hopped in his car and chased down the man in an ef- fort to identify him.
The TrillStatik collaborator was able to catch the man and hold him at gunpoint until he agreed to take off his mask, but he escaped again. The sus- pect ultimately showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot injury to his shoulder. He was treated and promptly arrested. Bun B’s attorney, Charles Adams, said the Houston rap

staple and his wife Queenie recently met with the District
Attorney to discuss the specifics of the incident. They were relieved to hear they are being treated as nothing but victims in the case.
The 21-year-old suspect, identified as Demonte Jack- son, was going door-to-door trying to find someone to jack. Bun B and his wife weren’t in- tended targets.
According to a Harris County Jail inmate search, Jackson is currently facing three first-degree felonies, in- cluding two counts of aggra- vated robbery with a weapon and one count of burglary. His bond is set at a total of $12,000.
