NEW YORK, NY – Six mem- bers of the Empire cast, in- cluding Terrence Howard and Taraji P Henson, are pleading with the show’s cre- ators to bring disgraced co- star Jussie Smollett back.
They made their case in a letter obtained by Deadline and addressed to Fox Enter- tainment CEO Charlie Col- lier, Disney TV Studios and ABC Entertainment chair Dana Walden, Fox Enter- tainment president Michael Thorn, Lee Daniels, Em- pire co-creator Danny Strong and various executive producers on the series.
Although some of the cast initially withdrew their social media support in the wake of the controversy, they are now a “united front” and “are con- fident in his lawyer’s assur- ance that the case was dismissed because it would not have prevailed.”
They added, “It’s clearer every day that the extreme po- litical climate in our country

Whitney Houston's life- long friend and close confidant is writing a book about her re- lationship with the late singer. According to People, A Song for You: My Life with Whitney Houston by Robyn Craw- ford is set to debut this fall.
The memoir will chronicle their bond from when they first met as teenagers in New Jersey, the "How Will I Know" crooner's tumultuous marriage to Bobby Brown and of course a deeper dive into the duo's friendship. Crawford also served as Houston's ex- ecutive assistant.
The press release for the book reads: "With warmth, candor, and an impressive re- call of detail, Robyn gives readers insight into Whit- ney’s life and career. She traces the years from when she and Whitney first met as teenagers in the 1980s to the recording of Whitney’s first album and the infinite success that followed. From countless sold-out world tours to her epic rendition of the U. S. na- tional anthem to the set of The Bodyguard, her tempestuous marriage, and the birth of her

Smollett was accused — and ultimately exonerated — of staging his own hate-fueled attack. He claimed two MAGA racists tied a noose around his neck and poured a substance believed to be bleach all over him during the January inci- dent.
As investigators probed his
story, they determined he was the mastermind behind the whole thing and was arrested. But last month, Chicago pros- ecutors decided to drop all 16 felony charges against Smol- let, shocking everybody.
During a New York City morning show on Wednesday (April 24), Empire co-creator Lee Daniels said the fate of Smollett on the FOX hit is “in discussions” right now.

In fact, the publication notes Crawford and Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown engaged in physical alterca- tions about their respective closeness with the award-win- ning songstress.
Beyoncé, Jay-Z And Their Security Have Date Night In Brooklyn
Beyoncé and Jay-Z had date night with a view at Dumbo House last week — where they took in the Brook- lyn Bridge and Manhattan sky- line over dinner while surrounded by security.
But witnesses said Bey was an even more breathtaking sight in a white suit with flared pants, wearing nothing under the jacket and its plunging lapel, thus revealing plenty of cleavage.
Meanwhile, her rap super- star husband looked casual in comparison in denim and a green sweatshirt.
The superstar couple sat with their backs to others at the private members club, with
