MR. WAYNE EDGAR YOUNG
A Celebration of Life will be held for Mr. Wayne Edgar Young on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 11 a. m. at Integrity Fu- neral Chapel, 3822 E. 7th Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33605, with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr., Pastor of St. John Progres- sive Missionary Baptist Church, Tampa, officiating/eulogist.
Mr. Wayne Edgar Young was born in Tampa, Florida on No- vember 10, 1959. Wayne at- tended Hillsborough County public schools. His eternal call of rest was answered on Satur- day, July 6, 2019 at 7:05 p. m.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Rufus W. Young and Mary Lois McClendon Young; daughter, Amiracle Christian; and sisters, Rose A. George and Joyce M. Young.
He leaves to cherish fondest memories: son, Ahmid Chris- tian Young; granddaughters, Ah’miya Christian and Samari Lawrence; sisters, Mary R. Mar- shall and Gloria Broadnax; brothers, Rufus J. Young and Walter D. Young; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and best friends.
Public visitation will be held on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 6- 8 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Serv- ices.

MRS. JUDY L. FRANCIS SMITH
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Judy L. Francis Smith of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019, will be held on Saturday, July 20th, 10 a. m. at 34th Street Church of God, 3000 N. 34th Street, Bishop Thomas Scott, Pastor, officiating. The inter- ment will be in Hillsboro Me- morial Gardens Cemetery.
Judy L. Francis Smith was born on July 24, 1947, to the late Robert and Mable Francis in Miami, Florida. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, shopping, Red Hatters Social Club and most impor- tantly, spending precious time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by: her husband, Henry Smith; daugh- ters, Andrea LeCounte-Hamil- ton (Kent), Sonia M. LeCounte-Hardy (Lester) and Ingrid LeCounte-Francis; son, Gregory R. LeCounte (Shameka); grandchildren, So- raya, Jelani, and Nailah Hamil- ton; Kamal, Kaela and Keara Hardy; Khailer and Zander LeCounte; great-grandson, Mc- Call Wolf Hamilton; sisters, Faye Francis Pryor (Ricky), Rosalind Williams (Lloyd) and Trushielda Hankerson; broth- ers, Wallace Francis (Helen) and Albert Sands (Jackie); aunts, Delores McGriff and Anne Andrews; godson, Warick Andrews; goddaughter, Schantel LeCounte; nieces, Ta- tiana Frances-Middleton and Anita Williams; nephews, Robert Bouie, Kentwain Fran- cis, David Letodd Murray and Jamil Jabar, Lloyd Williams, Jr., Wallace Francis, Jr. and Thomas Smith; cousins, Curly Johnson, Alfred Williams, Cora Dozier, Merle Lee and Tameka Gibson; and a host of in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews and numerous other relatives, including the Lamb family and friends.

A Homegoing Celebration for Mother Maxine Smith of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 will be held Saturday, July 20th, 2 p. m. at Friendly M. B. Church, 2012 N. Tampania St., Rev. Johnny Miller, pastor, officiating. The interment will be held in Florida National Cemetery.
Maxine Smith was born Oc- tober 1, 1928 in Montrose, Geor- gia to the late Joe Hughes and Sarah Tillman. She enjoyed reading, shopping, cleaning and cooking for her family. S h e was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leroy Smith; children, Forrest and Anthony Gilmore, Patricia Small and Patrick Smith; sisters, Betty Is- land and Tellen Taylor; broth- ers, Roy Hall and Thomas Taylor.

A Memorial Celebration for Mrs. Gwendolyn Galloway Welch of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019 will be held Saturday, July 20th, 12 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Rev. Timothy Lancaster, of- ficiating.
Gwendolyn Galloway Welch was born June 18, 1951 in Braden- ton, Florida, to the late Bland and Mattie Galloway. She enjoyed watching professional sports and reality television shows and walk- ing.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with: her daugh- ter, Kimberly Lashawn Welch Murphy (Patrick); grandchildren, Joshua Lavel Welch and Jordan Nicole White; sisters, Magnolia Allen (Ernest), Caura Galloway, Elizabeth Stephens (Claude) and Venetia Zawacki; nieces, Ava Allen, Leah Allen, Morgan Stephens, Kelli Stephens and Bryana Brooks; nephews, Ter- ence Stephens and Jason Stephens; special friends, Mattie Campbell, Frances Breaux, Shelia Rankins and Gloria Anniville.

MRS. JULIA MAE BUTLER (‘MS. BUTTERFLY’)
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Julia Mae Butler of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019, will be held on Saturday, July 20th, 11 a. m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Dr. S. Evan Burrows, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Julia Mae Butler was born to Ernest Hall and Minnie Brown in Dublin, Georgia on November 5, 1927. She was the oldest of 3 children. Her life was a living example of her favorite Bible verse: Ephesians 4:32, Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Julia was preceded in death by: her father, Ernest; her mother, Minnie; her sons, James and Jeffery; and her daughters, Geraldine and Joan.
She is survived by: her brother, Ernest, sister, Mary; five children, David and Juanita Johnson (FL); Elder Gerald Green (FL), Doris Humphries (GA), Janiece Golden (FL), and Julzell Butler (FL); her Hickey children, Diane, Linda, Michael, John, Suzanne, and Patrick; grandchildren, great-grandchil- dren, great great-grandchil- dren, and great-great-great-grandchil- dren, of which she knew all by name; her very best friends, Elizabeth Wynn, Margie Nicker- son, and Creola Morgan; as well as a host of other family and friends across the world.
Julia was a woman with a vi- brant spirit, a strong personal- ity, and a flair for fashion like no other. No ensemble was com- plete without the right shoes, handbag, jewelry, and of course the hat. She was always sure to be “picture ready” when she went anywhere, showing the world in her words “Who I am”. Her flair for fashion and her ability to bring light to any room became the signatures that all her children followed.
The visitation will be held at Aikens funeral home on Friday, July19th from5to7p.m.The family will receive friends from 5to6p.m.
