Cardi B Tweets Endorsement For Sen. Bernie Sanders In 2020 Presidential Bid
Did Cardi B just make a Democratic presidential can- didate endorsement?
The “Press” rapper tweeted out her thoughts Tuesday af- ternoon about two-time pres- idential contender Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) and expressed how she be- lieves American voters got it all wrong in 2016.
“I been reading about Bernie Sanders and I’m really sad how we let him down in 2016,” Cardi said to her 6.39 million Twitter fol- lowers.
“This man been fighting
SEN. BERNIE SANDERS AND CARDI B
for equal rights, HUMAN rights for such along time. Seeing this country become a
better place been really his passion for a long time not a new front for a campaign.”

Diddy is bringing Making The Band back to MTV next year.
Diddy announced the good news in a video posted to social media along with the caption “I’ve made my decision... #Mak- ingTheBand is coming back!!! This will be a global talent search, upload your auditions now using #MTBcasting!! @makingtheband.”
“With ‘Making the Band,’ myself and MTV, we created something special. We empow- ered young talent from all over the world,” he said in the video. “No matter what hood they was from or what background they was from, everybody got a chance...I loved it. It was, like, one of the happiest times in my life.”
The beloved reality competi- tion show that ran from 2000- 2009 launched several groups including Da Band, Day 26, and Danity Kane. Diddy oversaw three seasons of the se- ries on MTV.
The music mogul is already accepting video audition sub- missions via social media at #MTBCasting. “We’re doing it social by design,” Che explained.
DIDDY
“It’s a different time than when ‘Making the Band’ was on be- fore.”
This time around, Diddy’s talent search will be global. “It’s not just about America and America’s music. It’s about everybody’s voice.”
No word on whether or not MTB alum Laurieann Gibson will be returning to the series, but our fingers are crossed.
Danity Kane member, Aubrey O’Day has already put in her bid to be included in the show via social media, but we’re guessing she’ll get a hard “no” from Diddy.
Trey Songz Claims He Acted In ‘Self-Defense’ In Alleged Assault
Trey Songz is claiming he acted in self-defense in the ongoing domestic assault lawsuit against him.
In 2018, Andrea Buera claimed that the R&B singer attacked her at an NBA All- Star Weekend party. In an effort to get the lawsuit dropped, Songz is stating that he was not responsible for any harm suffered by Buera, due to the fact that he was just trying to protect himself.
TREY SONGZ
Per court documents ob- tained by The Blast, Songz says that during the alleged encounter, he “reasonably believed Plaintiff was going to harm him and any force he used was only the amount reasonable necessary to pro- tect himself.”
According to Buera, she was allegedly attacked by Songz at the Hollywood Hills party, after he became “enraged” that she was talk- ing to one of his friends.
